- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dog was booked in two weeks ago to have teeth removed today. The vet agreed to phone us half an hour before proceedure to bring her in to save her from being there too long waiting. At 11.30am not having heard anything we phoned to ask what time approx would we hear. We were told that they didn't have time to do her teeth today because of an emergency that had come in. Well a phone call from them explaining would have been nice! Not to let us know, I find rude. I will not go back there. After telling the receptionist this we get a phone call from Dave Cumberland himself. Too little too late. Staff training needed in customer care and liaison.by Debbie WhiteApril 05, 2017
